An Israeli company Elide has invented a ball that puts out fire by being thrown onto the source of fire or by just being near the fire. We share with you a video demonstration of how this ball works.
The ball is filled up with chemicals that puts out all classes of fire and it will take only three seconds to activate meaning fire can be taken care of before any further spread of the fire could happen. The ball has aloud noise which acts as an alarm alerting you of fire. This can be used easily by anyone of any weight category including children as it weighs three pounds only. As explained in their website, the chemicals are non-toxic to the environment as they are made from human and environmentally friendly materials.
This can be mounted on fire prone areas like the kitchen and also with its small size it can fit in any accessible space in your home or office. This should be used as a stp gap measure as the chemicals can only go as far and thus the other mainstream fire equipment should be installed and made available.
